I often see some great looking salad dressings that I would love to try but they are all for a jar full or some similar quantity. My boyfriend isn’t big on salad and hates anything with vinegar so what am I supposed to do with a jar of fresh dressing?!
After months of using a squeeze of lemon or a splodge of mayo, I have come up with the answer. Hazar! (I’m not sure if that is a word but it felt right)
All you need is a mini tupperware or jar…preferably something with a good seal or you will need to be gentle, and some good quality dressing ingredients.
One of my favourites is 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Olive Oil and a tiny pinch of Salt and Pepper.
Put the ingredients in your little pot and add lid. Shake like crazy and voila! Dressing! If your pot is small enough you can take it to work with your salad and add when ready to eat. Otherwise, chuck it on and wash up your little pot for next time.
