Carrot Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
1/2 cup Carrot Juice
4 or 5 Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
2 tsp Soya Protein Powder (or a couple of tablespoons Soya Yogurt)
1 tsp Honey or Agave
Blitz and serve. It tastes kind of like sherbet. Serves 1.
